I have been a satisfied customer of William Taylor, trading as TBI, for a number of years.  Mr. Taylor has planned and executed a number of projects for me.  Among those were sidewalks and retaining walls.  All of the projects were completed beautifully within the time specified by Mr. taylor and at the cost given in his estimates.
